In his passing, it states he has pending criminal charges from earlier this summer as a police officer for misconduct. Its strange that cville hasnt mentioned this passing but chillicothe released the story. Could it be because they rehired him after domestic assault 5 years ago and rehired him last year? R they worried about backlash? I'd like to know what those pending charges were to potentially take his own life before sentencing. Doesn't seem like something is adding up. He always seemed to be a great dad. Doesn't make sense why he would leave his kids behind. I know he had an ex wife but something still seems off. It really is such a tragedy.

What ever happened to the decent bars in Circleville. The old "Marys" bar used to be the place to be on Friday nights. Now it's turned into a drug haven. They used to make them go out to the alley to smoke their dope but now they just sit in the beer garden. If you don't like druggies don't go there between 8:00 and midnight. So sad they ruined the best bar in town..
