God guided me to a message this morning from Dr Charles Stanley. You can find it online, InTouch ministries, the sermon "Listening to God" I realized I spoke out of line in my previous response. It was put on my heart to take back my words about other's testimonies about actually hearing his voice audibly. I'm sorry I did not mean to speak out of line, or say something potentially untruthful, I realized it is just something I want to believe that happens so much. I have just recently turned to God with an urge to read my bible, and I realize I need to stop talking for now. I need to read my word and listen to God until I truly understand. I just know that there are other people who need to stop and listen to God's plan for their lives as well. I can say that with confidence. But I'm going to stop posting here for now so I don't unintentionally say something that may or not be true. I am still seeking truth on my own, an infant at this stage really. I pray for salvation for us all. But we must take time to be still and listen. Trust in the Heavenly Father, seek Him in Jesus' name, and he will teach you and guide you. Just take time to listen and he will speak. As Dr. Charles Stanley said in his sermon, he will be consistent and clear. Practice listening to God. Read his word. Pray to be a listening servant. Again, I apologize. I can't say whether anyone has actually heard an audible voice. I guess I've been praying for a miracle, but it's not my way and will never be my way. Trust in God's way. This is my testimony today. Please forgive me. Watch the sermon and it will give you clearer answers than I can. I just realized how good the bible is and I truly regret not leaning on it for understanding in life. I have sinned. I have broken commandments. All because I did not have a relationship with the Heavenly Father, and I am so heartbroken. I can't turn the clock back, and honestly I don't think I can do enough to repent for my sins, and I will be judged accordingly when my time comes. I accept God's will. I repent in Jesus' name. I just hope others come to God in Jesus' name before it's too late for them. Stop living in the world and try to make things right with the Heavenly Father. That's all I'm trying to do myself. I will pray for you, and if you don't mind please pray for me too. Thank you.

Sorry I missed typed I would have never noticed it was in wreck A different mechanic pointed out the seems were welded differently so that mechanic caused me to figure the rest must have also been damaged the question from the other mechanic was about the air bags. He said some just pull a bulb in the dash out after the airbags deploy. It all looks intact horn in the steering wheel horn works it's above the air bags I'm pretty sure dash is intact like airbags never have deployed from it. I have no clue if they fixed all that or if it just didn't deploy in the wreck. I'm sure it was wrecked I just don't really care. the other mechanic asked about the price I paid. I know that price can't be found on work like that for cash not at the price I paid for that car but that mechanic seemed as if he wanted know if they did that work under that price I paid, or they bought it cheaply because they somehow knew it was in wreck. Carfax history report didn't show anything like that on the vin #.

I got great a car from Ledfords...I find out the year I bought the car it had damaged but was repaired welded back together frame work indicating it was in wreck before the seems wasn't welded like the rest yet there was no history of a wreck on the Carfax. It runs great obviously now I know it was in a wreck. I would have noticed. I can sell it like that to the next person. They must have had some really good auto body repair mechanics working cheaply because the car was sold at a very good price. I guess that's why because it was wrecked beyond repaired when the the cost to repair it is higher then the value. they must have painted recently after fixing it and if the frame was messed up the found a bumper and fender cheaply too but it would be even more costly to have frame work done like that done. Some how he had it has some very trained mechanics working cheaply..

My uncle has been staying with me, he got a summons at his old house he was renting from a lawyer. The lawyer's new residents renting called him and told him there was a peice of paper in the mail box the paper said he has parcel to sign for it at the Post Office. So my uncle went and signed for it, it was a summons about a bad check and he didn't have a bad check ever always afraid of jail, something bad happened to him when he was younger at jail. He really didn't have a bad check he a credit card that was said a Bank Credit Card feomq Missouri bank that floods all the time they said. We know because we called the debt collector saying he wrote a cold check and it was a credit card, he gave the debt collector his new address thinking they would have to send him a summons in Knox County and well he missed his court date. And so I am wondering on behalf of my uncle will they really throw a victim of flood damage in jail if he doesn't pay the judgment on a bad check,. from what I was I told the judgement is not in criminal court, they didn't say that in criminal court, its supposed to just be debt non collateral so I was wondering if he is really criminal trouble for not showing up for court, and he's scared if he doesn't pay it he will go to jail, he use to rent from a lawyer's house that is probably moldy now. Why do some lawyer's and government officials even ask the State or Federal Government for huge amounts of assistance after a flood if that's their best idea is to not give any assistance to the victims and treat them like they are cold check writing criminals, my uncle is scared if he's a cold check writer they'll throw him jail charge, him daily for his time at the jail, then if he goes to jail/or any government facility for more then 30 days he will loose his social security and his stuff at his bank will bounce. He never wrote a cold check but if they have a judgement for the credit card and take all that money out of his bank his check book will start bouncing all his checks and he'll have NFS fees while in Whitley County jail if he goes to jail and he will loose his Social Security if in there more then 30 days

Eight Tennessee doctors took part in a conspiracy that helped fuel illegal drug sales in several Kentucky counties, a federal grand jury has charged. The doctors wrote prescriptions after only cursory examinations and gave people more monthly doses of one drug than they could generally get in Kentucky, drawing carloads of people from Kentucky, according to an affidavit in a related case. Some witnesses said drug dealers paid the costs for them to get prescriptions from the doctors, the affidavit said. Taylor faces the most charges in the case, including conspiracy to illegally distribute buprenorphine and anti-anxiety drugs; conspiracy to falsify medical records, to launder money and to commit wire fraud and health fraud; money laundering; and taking part in transactions involving property derived from criminal activity. Buprenorphine, often called by the trade name Suboxone, is a drug used to help people deal with an addiction to opioid drugs. It is often diverted from legal sources and sold illegally. People addicted to drugs often use it to keep from getting sick from withdrawal when they can’t get drugs such as pain pills, but the U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration has said it can also be abused to get high. The others charged in the case are physicians Evann Herrell, Mark Grenkoski, Kari McFarlane, Helen Bidawid, Stephen Cirelli, Eva Misra and Matthew Rasberry; nurse Lori Barnett, who managed EHC; and Kentucky residents Elmer Powers and Brian Bunch. The conspiracy ran from 2013 to November 2018 and involved alleged illegal drug sales in Laurel, Knox and Whitley counties that flowed from prescriptions “not issued for a legitimate medical purpose” by doctors who weren’t acting within the usual course of professional practice, the indictment said. The doctors have not had their initial court appearance or formally responded to the charges, but Taylor has denied allegations of improper practices at the clinics in a related case. The indictment is related to criminal charges filed last year against Calvin Manis, a pharmacist and city council member in Barbourville. Manis pleaded guilty last week to a charge of conspiring to illegally distribute pain pills. A man charged with him, John Pasternak, was scheduled to plead guilty Monday. A federal agent said in that case that Manis allegedly filled prescriptions in cooperation with a person who was paying the costs for other people to get prescriptions from doctors. In that arrangement, the person paying the bills is called a sponsor and typically gets some or all the drugs to sell. It has been a common practice in Kentucky. The indictment against the Tennessee doctors also is related to an action the federal government filed in December 2018 seeking to forfeit millions worth of money and property from Taylor and others. In a sworn statement in that case, Crystal Centers, an Internal Revenue Service special agent based in Lexington, cited several reasons authorities believe Taylor’s clinics amounted to pill mills. Some patients told police that someone else paid for their office visits, and that they paid cash at the clinics, both potential indications of problems, Centers said. One doctor who had worked at the clinics told police her name had been signed on files of patients she hadn’t examined, and another said other clinic employees filled out the physical exam record on patients before the doctor saw them, Centers said. A pharmacist in Tennessee said that when patients from EHC brought in prescriptions to fill and she asked them which doctors they had seen, they didn’t know, an indication the drug order might have been pre-signed, according to Centers’ statement. Several people who had been to the clinic told police that exams were cursory and that doctors at the clinics didn’t discuss treatment plans or counseling with them “or even bother to learn the nature of the patient’s addiction, ” Centers said. On undercover visits to the clinics, doctors came into the exam rooms with prescriptions already signed for people, the affidavit said. “Despite the absence of any meaningful medical evaluation or substance abuse treatment, EHC physicians provided controlled substance prescriptions to each cooperating witness on every visit, with only one exception, ” Centers said in the sworn statement. She said the federal investigation showed EHC did not operate as a legitimate medical facility. The indictment against Taylor and the other doctors, filed last week in federal court in Kentucky, charged that they wrote prescriptions for drugs in quantities and combinations that were not medically necessary and filled out forms saying doctors had examined patients and discussed treatment when that didn’t actually happen as the forms showed. One object of the conspiracy was to up profits, the indictment alleged. Centers said in her earlier statement that from early 2014 through April 2018, the EHC clinics generated more than $39 million. The new indictment seeks to forfeit several properties in Tennessee and one in Florida; three cars, including a 2016 Porsche; and a total of $25. 5 million, nearly all of it from Taylor. Attorneys representing Taylor and others asked U. S. District Judge Robert E. Wier to dismiss the government’s earlier civil forfeiture case. While prosecutors had equated EHC to a pill-mill type of practice, “nothing could be further from the truth, ” the defense attorneys said in a March 2020 motion. Taylor’s clinics developed detailed, evidence-based procedures and hired qualified doctors and addiction medicine specialists, Taylor’s attorneys said. Patients at the clinics received detailed evaluations, proper treatment and case management and individual and group counseling, according to the motion. Defense attorneys said Centers and others were not qualified to make judgments about appropriate treatment. “Rather than facts showing criminal activity, the government openly relies on suspicion, conjecture, and statements regarding the practice of medicine that are contradicted, not just by opinion, but by the Tennessee, Kentucky and federal laws that govern office based opioid treatment, ” Taylor’s attorneys argued in the motion. Wier ruled in January that federal authorities had provided sufficient detail about alleged wrongdoing at the clinics to allow the forfeiture action to proceed. The was based on a different standard than required for a criminal conviction at trial. The government alleges particularized facts that reasonably paint EHC as (substantially) a sham operation set up to serve a patient cohort significantly funded by traffickers via prescriptions irregularly issued and serving no legitimate medical purpose, ” Wier said in the decision. Dennis Messer has a new role in education. On July 1 he took on the position of superintendent for Barbourville Independent. He replaced Lenora Kay Dixon, who retired at the end of June. Previously, Messer served as director of facilities and assistant principal in the district since 2015. He has been with Barbourville Independent since 2004, serving as a special education teacher until 2015. He also served as a district representative for Kentucky Education Association and an administrative specialist for the Kentucky Communities Economic Opportunity Council, which seeks to provide the assistance necessary to break the cycle of poverty in Kentucky. A Barbourville native, Messer got into education because he wanted to make a difference and give back to his community. “I started with special needs children and saw a need in our area. My whole goal was to be involved in the school and community, and to make a difference, ” he said. Messer has faced challenges throughout his career, but not seeing students in person during the COVID-19 pandemic was the most difficult. “The biggest challenge for me the last year was not being able to see students in person. I was worried about my students and missed the day-to-day interaction, ” he said. Messer is grateful for the opportunity to lead Barbourville Independent and have daily contact with students. His primary goal this year is to get students back in the classroom and attain some sense of normalcy. However, students in Barbourville still have the option for virtual learning. “We’re giving the option of virtual learning because we want to offer our students the best. If they feel more comfortable at home in a virtual setting, we want to give them that option, ” he said. As for his education philosophy, Messer emphasized the value of a strong community in and outside the classroom. “We are a community and we are tasked with helping individuals become successful. Every student is important, so I think we should focus on the whole child, ” he said. Messer achieved his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Union College in Barbourville, along with certifications in special education programs, his Rank I and his school superintendent certification from Eastern Kentucky University. When he’s not in the classroom, Messer enjoys afternoon walks around the community with his wife and two daughters.
