This affair began in 2022 with Dancing with the Stars United Way with meetings at the Fayette County Health Dept. Good cause not so much. 2 homes broken and 2 marriages and 6 kids. The Perdue family including Tonya Morris, Jerry Long, Rod Perdue Sr, Steve Perdue, Casey Perdue, Kim Walker Johnson, Robbie Johnson, Becky Canterbury, Eddie Hambrick, Denise Hambrick, Edna Wriston, and countless others who work at the Fayette County Health Dept welcomed in the affair and the other woman Teri Neely Harlan before Rods divorce was ever filed and before she had her divorce finalized from Scott Harlan as well. As well as many others in Fayetteville who knew Rod as Chief Deputy Perdue and running for Sheriff 2024 in Fayette County. Teri Neely Harlan has been having affairs on her ex husband with whom she has 4 kids for quite some time long before they were ever separated or divorced. Perdue was forced to resign from Sheriff Dept and give up any and all political ambitions and now works for AEP as a security guard. You can still find Teri Neely Harlan at the Fayette County Health Dept but staying real low key since she became so famous for being a real true home wrecker to a good family that her and Perdue chose to destroy. Curious as to why the Sheriff deleted the Facebook page. I know it had something to do with the tragic death of a toddler in a car, but beyond that I do not know. Can anyone inform me why the comments were so bad he had to delete the facebook page? Who the comments were targeted at and why? Just curious, seems to be making quite a bit of news with no real explanation.

Everyone knows who she is..She has ran my parents along with a few other ppl from Our area off the road several times driving impaired & nodding off at the wheel..She drives a white Ford Taurus these days I guess her other ride got to much attention from law enforcement..Just stay away from her she's bad news & bad drugs ppl are overdosing off that trash..

This woman isn't mentally stable the heavy drug use doesn't help..she sells drugs on Bachman Rd to 61.Her cable & electricity is all hooked up illegal.I see her parked on back roads with different men regularly white jeep no clothes on like it's natural.Black truck she was on her knees, blue truck hugging like no tomorrow.Last I heard she was looking for a sucker to rig up her electrical wires to catch fire to burn that cave down for insurance money not sure if she found another sucker.She had a few working for her/sleeping/living with her..Pray for this lady & her family..She drives a beat down Cadillac looks like she's walked through hell a few times to many she looks twice her age but those drugs along with a warm room for the winter don't stop her from getting what she needs & wants..

I was told the there was a man who walked the streets in ansted. people thought he was odd. he was dirty and was apparently a hermit. people got curious about who he was and went to check up on him. that is when they found the horror show.

See and hear too many times of parents and children in the news or read about them in news paper being pulled over and most generally drugs are always involved why slap them on the wrist these parents need to go and spend their time in correctional facility I’ve heard and seen with my own eyes workers just being more friends than professionals the job they have is to protect the child not help the parent evade trouble one woman in particular really has me stumped recently just moved back to the area has a history of drug dealing and even got quite the serious charges not long ago and yet she’s out walking freely with her children how are we ever going to help these children and better get help the parents learn that there is most definitely consequences for your actions especially when it comes to putting your children or any child in danger

I know this is morbid but please bare with me. i have been doing research on west virginia murders and i was told about a case there iin ansted where after some people had gone missing the police searched the house of an man who lived out in the woods because of reports of a foul smell coming from the place. When they went inside they found a scene out of a horror movie. there was a heart cooking on the stove, other body parts in fridge and freezer and some bodies were found hanging in the back rooms. someone has to remember this i wouldn't forget it i know. i was too little to remember. can anyone give me a date at least a year and month would really help so i can look it up in archives. thanks. lfwidner88@msn. com.

Another unsolved mystery in Fayette County.... The Mad Butcher This case remains one of West Virginia's unsolved mysteries. In the 1960s, seven people in Fayette County went missing, and various dismembered body parts were later found strewn around the mountains. There's little information available about the case, but no one was ever convicted of the crimes.

I am doing research on murders cases in Fayette county. I was told about a case in Ansted that happened in the late sixties late seventies to mabye very early eighties. According to what I was told, some people had gone missing and later after folks in the area had complained about an odor coming from a house out in the woods. The state police went in and found a heart cooking on the stove and body parts in the fridge and freezer. They also found at least one body hanging in a backroom on meat hooks. Additional bodies were found in and around the house. I corresponded with a lady who said her father was one of the troopers that went into the house. I have tried to look the case up in the archives but have too long a time span to work with. Any help you can give would be great. Thanks Lisa F. Widner
