Port Charlotte Topix/Craigslist replacement » Beloved dog ran away from vets 3/2 /23 please help
Elderly woman's dog escaped from the vet office located at 3300 north Tamiami trail and rt41. The dog is described as smaller, mostly white with black patches. Name bow friendly but shy. No color or tag. Please if found or seen call owners daughter Debbie 585 734 1039, nice reward for the dogs return. Ps he looks like a jack Russell terrier.

Sorry for any mistake. I believe he was a Charlotte county officer. I really am not sure. And at the jail I was treated badly. . At least they are consistent by not being allowed to look at my phone for hours. I needed to arrange bail and needed to look up my nephews phone number as he is the only one I have down here. I was placed in a cell that only had a large block of what looked like just concrete and a stainless steel toilet. These cells are very cold and it seemed the officers enjoyed our situation. I ended up getting very sick because of the extreme cold conditions. In New York I have never seen any inmate treated like this no matter how bad they were. I had always thought they were under payed but now I think they are over payed. These jail officers are definitely not rocket scientists by any means. Now I’m done I hope. Lol so be careful because this could happen to you especially if Jonathan Schwartz is on duty.

They can make a 69 year old man that has never been arrested for anything into a felon. Started with a simple accusation of me going through a red light which I deny to charges of dui and possession of drugs. So I scored. 03 bac and my medical marijuana card had run out 15 days earlier. The overdue medical marijuana card along with 4 vape pens in glove box which I purchased when my card was still active all of a sudden was the felony charge. And just for good measure add a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Now I did have most of one mixed drink which apparently equals the. 03 bac. which I blew and that makes sense an. 08 is driving while intoxicated. I use the marijuana before going to bed to help with the pain I have and to help me sleep. And oh ya the kind officer never did charge me with the red light charge. Seeing that that was his reason for the original stop why would he only give me a warning. Could it be he couldn’t prove it in court or at the very least he didn’t want to look petty if the tape became evidence. And oh yes he threw me in jail and made my physical tests sound like I was a falling down drunk. I tried the same tests two days later and it was no better. I do have some physical impairments that have been well documented sense the incident 13 years ago and take several prescribed meds. The kicker is I am a retired state correction officer from Nee York State with 25 years of service. Both that service and my criminal history are both unblemished. Also I am a non drinker and only had that one drink bought by a father celebrating his daughter announcing her engagement and future wedding. I can’t remember what year it was when I had another drink of anything with alcohol in it. I just have always disliked the taste of alcohol. And who should we thank for putting this hardened criminal in jail? Well that would be officer Jonathon Schwartz of the Port Charlotte sheriffs dept. and is approximately 150 pounds over weight. Aren’t there any weight to height requirements in the sheriffs dept.in Port Charlotte? Also they should train him on how to put handcuffs on such a hardened criminal like myself Always double lock the handcuffs Officer Jonathon Schwartz. So far Jonathon you have costed me over $6, 000. You should be proud. You should get a big pat on the back for this. I have worked with praise seekers like yourself but I tried to avoid them as much as possible. Being that I have a prescription for those meds maybe you shouldn’t have stole them from me. You have no more right than my other perscibed meds.to steal them from me. Karma Jonathon!!! I’ll bet your family is very proud of you for getting hardened criminals like myself off the streets. It was a judgment call and you took it to the max. Congratulations
