Hello After getting an email from my financial institution saying my CEBA application was 'denied' on Sept. 2nd. I hurriedly gathered the documents I believe the government of Canada needed to approve me application. I say 'hurriedly' because the last day to resubmit documents was less than 24hrs away and 'believe' because the email give no information on the problem with the documents that were submitted. Even after calling the CEBA hotline I wasn't given any real direction as to what was the problem or what was required but more just a '.. . send as much as you can' type of answer. I gathered more documents and tried to submit them at 5pm Sept. 3. I was given the ERROR msg We could not validate your application based on the details you provided. If you have recently applied after the June 30 application period deadline, please wait 1-2 days before submitting your documents. I immediately called the CEBA hotline. Now take into account I have called the CEBA hotline numerous times since June 30. They call you back in 20mins or less.. . every time. They NEVER called me back. I kept trying to submit my documents on the CEBA website but kept getting the same ERROR msg. Has anyone else out there experienced this problem?
